Acresfield is open for business as usual.
We would like to reassure everyone that we have, and continue, to take extra precautions to ensure we provide a clean and safe environment across all areas of our business for you to continue your health and fitness journey.
We would like to particularly highlight the following precautions across our facilities:
Gym
A bactericidal and viruscidal spray is available in the Gym for members to wipe down equipment before and after use.
We are also cleaning the handrails, door handles and push plates on a regular basis throughout the day with the bactericidal and viruscidal spray as well as increased cleaning of equipment and surfaces.
Aquatics
Aquatics facilities at Acresfield are open and we are following guidance from Swim England.
Spa and Hair Studio
Extra precautions have been put in place at the Spa and the Hair Studio for the safety of all our visitors and staff to minimise unnecessary contact.
We kindly ask that all members and non members do the following:
Please wash your hands more than usual and for at least 20 seconds at a time. Hand soap is available in all toilet areas.
However if you or a member of your family feel unwell, if you have recently returned from a contaminated area within the last 14 days, or have been near someone with a confirmed case or have a cough, fever or shortness of breath, please follow the Government guidelines, stay at home and call NHS 111.
