In light of the ongoing coronavirus (Covid-19) situation the Spa and Hair Studio would like to reaffirm the extra measures (please click the link to familiarise yourself with these) that are taking place at Acresfield Health Club & Spa, throughout the facility, but particularly in response to the nature of our beauty services. Salons and spas are very contact-led environments so we priorities strict cleanliness and hygiene policies as a standard. However, you will now find additional precautions on top of our usual practices to ensure that we are doing our upmost to take care of staff and clients during all hair and spa appointments.
These include, and are not limited to the following:
- Any client who is unwell or has been in contact with anyone unwell is kindly asked to postpone any appointments
- Staff who are unwell or have been in contact with anyone who is unwell will not be permitted to carry out any treatments
- Contact is to be kept to a minimum between staff and clients, for example the completion of consultation forms by staff and no shaking of hands
- You will be expected to wash your hands on arrival of your appointment
We are continuously monitoring developments in relation to this situation and our actions will continue to be guided by best practices.
