Our Classes offer something for everyone, no matter your fitness level or goal!
Whether you’re looking to calm your mind, push your limits, or build strength, we have a category tailored just for you. Choose from our Mind & Body classes like Pilates and Tai Chi or crank up the intensity with High Intensity options like FHITT to Burn, 30 Minute HIIT, and Boxing Blast. Classes are exclusively available to Club Members, however subject to availability, limited spaces may be available to Non-Members at a charge of £7 per session, please call 01995 604975.
