We’re a family run business at Acresfield so naturally we welcome all ages into our Club. Here’s how you can make the most out of your visit with your child.
Acresfield is a child-friendly facility
We understand that being out and about with kids can be a handful! To make your visit hassle-free we provide parent and child car parking bays on your arrival. There’s high chairs in the Bistro and free WiFi for easy entertainment while you sit back and grab a refreshment. The Bistro serves light bites and snacks as well as Robinsons Fruit Shoots and Ribena cartons, perfect for fuelling hungry and thirsty tummies.
For extra convenience, we have a spacious disabled toilet with a changing table for babies in the Bistro seating area. The changing room also has a changing table inside and of course family sized changing rooms and lockers.
What’s more, did you know that our Hair Studio is available for bookings for children’s hair cuts?
Child Membership & Guest Passes
Children are able to use the swimming pool at Acresfield as a member or guest. Child Memberships are available up until the age of 15 years old for £16.50 per month. A child under five years old is welcome to use the Club when accompanied by an adult Member. From the age of five children must have a Guest Pass when visiting with an adult Member if they do not have a Child Membership. Guest Passes are available to purchase at Reception.
Lessons for children
All children must be accompanied in the water by an adult at all times.
Swimming is an excellent way for babies and children to have fun, socialise, gain confidence and keep active.
The swimming pool at Acresfield is an ideal place to learn to swim. It’s heated to a pleasant temperature of 31 degrees Celsius all year round and is nicely viewable and accessible from the Bistro during lessons.
Children are welcome to use the pool:
Mondays and Fridays from 9am to 6pm
Saturdays from 8.30am to 5pm
Sundays from 10.45am to 4pm
At Acresfield we provide Swimming Lessons for children in partnership with Swim Active and Water Babies sessions up until the age of three.
During Water Babies and Swimming Lessons the pool is exclusively open for these sessions only.

Retail for children
Inside the Spa we sell luxury skincare products for specially designed for babies and children. Please ask a member of staff about our Little ishga organic skincare range.
Quieter times for adults
Adults only swimming times are provided Monday to Fridays from 7.15am to 9am and 6pm t0 9pm.
Just for us adults!
The Spa is exclusively for over 18s only. We would like to kindly remind you that children are not permitted to enter this facility at any time to ensure a peaceful experience for all our clients.
