General Information

For bookings of Classes and Spa appointments please call us on 01995 604975 ext 1. Members can book Classes online and also via the Acresfield App. Please see our Hair Studio section below for details on how to make a hair appointment.

We are experiencing a high demand for our services.

Should you need to cancel your visit, please do so as soon as you are able to so that we may offer it to someone else. Last minute bookings are sometimes possible.

Yes, the Changing Room and Shower facilities are open to all Club Members & Guests. We provide a range of locker sizes and family-friendly facilities.

Towels are provided for Spa guests only. Gym users and swimmers are asked to bring their own towels. You can hire a towel for £2.00

Full access to our facilities is available exclusively to Club Members. However, we welcome everyone to enjoy our Spa, Hair Studio and Bistro. Classes are also bookable 24 hours in advance to members of the public subject to availability.

Club members can bring one guest per visit either an adult or a child.

Guest passes are available for Members to purchase at Reception. Guests must be accompanied at the Club by a Club Member.

Frontline NHS and emergency services staff qualify for a single Membership discount. This is approximately 20% off our standard rate.

Club Members receive 10% off treatments at the Spa.

We occasionally run offers which you can view in the Offers section of the Acresfield App. You can also join our email mailing list or pick up a Club Newsletter from Reception.

Membership

Due to the popularity of Acresfield Health Club we are currently not accepting new Memberships. Please join our Membership Waiting List.

If you are a Club Member you are invited to access the Member’s Lounge to view exclusive online videos and training programs.

Please email us at membership@acresfieldleisure.co.uk to receive the password to log in should you require it.

Aquatics

The Pool and Aquatics facilities are exclusively for Club Members and Guests.

Yes, all of our Aquatics facilities are open to Club Members and Guests.

Swimming lessons at Acresfield are organised by Swim Active. Classes are open to all ages with up to six participants at a time. For information and bookings please email Ian Kirk on ikirk035@aol.com.

Of course! We welcome children and babies to use the Swimming Pool when accompanied by an adult (Club Member) and operate ‘family sessions’. Please see our Aquatics timetable.

Gym

Yes. PT sessions are available at £35 per hour.

Access to the Wellness Suite is exclusive to Club Members. To discover your Wellness Age using Technogym Checkup please book an appointment at Reception or call us on 01995 604975. You will need to download the Technogym App for your appointment.

Arena / Fitness Classes

We have over 20 different classes for all abilities and interests. To find out more click here.

Spa

Towels and robes are provided when necessary.

Hair Studio

Appointments at the Hair Studio are available by calling/texting our Stylists directly.

Gift Vouchers

Acresfield Gift Vouchers are available to purchase from Reception or online.

Gift vouchers have 6 months validity.

Health & Safety Measures

Face masks and coverings are not mandatory.

Yes. The pool is disinfected with chlorine and UV Light. Further more, Swim England and PWTAG state that Covid-19 is not transmissible through swimming pool water.
