Fitness for all ages and abilities
The Arena hosts over 20 fitness classes each week ranging from gentle fitness, Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba to Boxing Blast. Our goal is to offer classes for all ages, abilities and interests. Classes are inclusive of our Membership packages and are also open to public bookings 24 hours in advance, spaces permitting. Many of our classes are run by the Acresfield Fitness Team, who are on hand to share their expertise make you feel welcome.

The Arena is stocked with a complete range of exercise and sporting equipment to cater to a range of workouts and activities.
Joining an exercise class can seem daunting, but don’t worry! We provide a friendly and welcoming space for everyone.
Exercise does not always need to be high intensity to get results. We have a host of classes including Pilates to work your core, strength and flexibility.
