How we are keeping you safe

Safety first if you or someone in your household has experienced Covid 19 symptoms 24 hours prior to your visit please do not attend your appointment. We shall be happy to rearrange this for you.

Contact & Trace QR codes are located at the Club entrance, at Reception and the Gym door. With each visit to Acresfield you need to scan a QR code using the NHS Covid-19 app. This then logs your visit with the NHS.

Hand sanitiser is located at the entrance to the building to use when entering and leaving the building. We encourage you to use this.

Clean surfaces are important and regularly maintained as part of our expanded cleaning rota.

Additional sanitation training has been undertaken by our team. Furthermore, extra time has been allocated between appointments as part of our upgraded cleaning regime.

Face masks/covering are encouraged to be worn at all times within the Club and only removed during activities. This however is not mandatory. Disposable masks can be requested at a small charge. If required this will be added to the cost of your treatment/s.

PPE will be worn by our team. 

Ventilation throughout the Club is kept as well as possible.

Contactless payments by credit or debit card is encouraged. For safety and efficiency we recommend card payments and not cash.

Patch/skin tests need to be up to date. Therefore, you may be asked to complete one before your next visit to the Hair Studio or Spa.
